This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Service, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural:
- Account: a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of it.
- Company: (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") refers to Naqleh.
- Application: the Naqleh app, the software provided by the Company for requesting furniture and cargo transport services.
- Service: refers to the Application.
- Country: the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
- Device: any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
- Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service Provider (Carrier): any natural or legal person who provides transport services through the Application, or who processes data on behalf of the Company to facilitate the Service, provide it, or analyze how it is used.
- Usage Data: data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (such as the duration of a page visit).
- You: the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
1. Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to:
- Phone number (used to create your account and sign in via a one-time verification code)
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Pickup and delivery addresses, cargo details and photos
- Usage Data
2. Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of device you use, your device's unique identifier, its operating system, browser type, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
3. Information Collected While Using the Application
While using our Application, and in order to provide its features, we may collect, with your prior permission:
- Information regarding your location — to help you set pickup and delivery points and display your location on the map. The customer app does not track your location in the background.
- Pictures and other information from your device's camera and photo library — to document the cargo to be transported.
We use this information to provide, improve, and personalize the features of our Service. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your device settings.
4. Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service.
- To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service and your access to the functionalities available to you as a registered user.
- To contact you: via push notifications, text messages, or email regarding updates or communications related to orders and services, including security updates when necessary.
- To manage your requests: to process and manage your requests to us.
- For other purposes: such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and evaluating and improving our services and your experience.
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact you, and with the carrier assigned to fulfill your order to the extent necessary to complete the transport.
- For business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.
- With your consent: we may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
5. Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company retains your Personal Data securely for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when it is used to strengthen security or improve the functionality of our Service, or when we are legally obligated to retain it for longer periods.
6. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located, which means it may be transferred to — and maintained on — devices located outside of your jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy, and no transfer of your data will take place unless there are adequate controls in place to protect it.

You have the right to delete, or request assistance in deleting, the Personal Data that we have collected about you. You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time from within the Application via your account settings, or by contacting us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have provided to us. However, we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
8. Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit; we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page, and via the Application and/or a prominent notice before the change becomes effective, along with updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes; changes take effect when they are posted on this page.

This Policy was prepared in Arabic. If it is translated into any other language, the Arabic text shall be considered the original for the purposes of its interpretation, and in the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
